He played football, lacrosse, and hockey all throughout college and beyond. Motivated by the fitness world, he became a certified personal trainer early after graduation to begin his fitness career. Today, he hosts classes and workshops across NYC and works with clients of all fitness levels, including those with injuries and disabilities, who want to improve their lives by getting stronger and healthier.

His certifications include the National Federation of Professional Trainers, Certified Functional Strength Coach, Concept2 Rowing, PROnatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal, Road Runners Club of America Running Certification, CrossFit Level 1, and TRX Suspension Trainer.
