This 45-minute Vinyasa class hits all the sweet spots needed for a complete yoga flow but in less time. Blocks and a yoga strap are optional depending on your level. You’ll do a quick warm up, then flow through Sun Salutations, Crow Pose, Wheel Pose, and end with Savasana to seal in your practice.
