DESCRIPTION

Cable Goblet Squat

1. Stand with your feet wider than your hips and toes angled out. Bring the bar to your chest.
2. Hug your elbows in and keep a flat back as you bend your knees and press your hips back.
3. Try to bring your hips below parallel with your knees and keep the weight even in your feet.
