Description

This 30-minute yoga class is about being fearless both on and off the mat in celebration of Pride. You’ll flow through strength-building movements at a slower pace so you can create a mindset of courage and trust within yourself. Holds like Crow Pose, Goddess Pose, and Boat Pose will require focus and resilience.

instructor Instructor profile

Bentley Fazi is a certified yoga instructor based in Arizona. She first started yoga to stretch and strengthen her body, then she quickly fell in love with the mental benefits as well. Her consistent practice is rooted in a desire to gain more knowledge and insight about herself, and she left her full-time job in 2016 to completely dedicate herself to yoga and becoming an instructor.

As a teacher, she believes that your mat is a place for continual growth and that you should challenge yourself in both small and big ways. She loves energizing flows, but also works to create a safe space with students of all skill levels so everyone can come away with a deeper appreciation of themselves. When she’s not doing yoga, Bentley is probably getting coffee or spending time with her adorable dog Leo.
