Description

The pleasure's all yours. Connect to yourself on a more intimate level in this 14-day journey of movement, mindfulness, and sexual discovery.

Sexual health goes beyond just sex. It's about feeling comfortable and in tune with your body, owning your pleasure, and being informed about topics that affect your mental and physical wellness. We worked with experts in psychology and sexuality, mindfulness, and movement to bring you classes that address sexual wellness in a holistic way. Each day opens with an inspiring meditation or journaling reflection, then alternates between feel-good yoga sculpt workouts and educational sex talks.

Pleasure is a powerful form of self-care, and you deserve to feel your best. We hope you finish Embodiment feeling empowered, confident, and more deeply connected to your sexuality.

instructors Instructor profiles

Originally from Atlanta, Adrienne is a certified yoga instructor who relocated to London in 2018. She first taught yoga part-time and left her job after a decade in the finance industry to pursue it as full-time career. Her dedication to her yoga practice came from a desire to seek more purpose and fulfillment for herself, and she loves to teach others so they can find the best in themselves. Instructing students around the world, she aims to challenge others and her style focuses on powerful, full-body strength Vinyasa flows. Adrienne uses her natural energy and vast experience to help others unlock their truest sense of self and forge a deep inner connection.

Kira Mae Kazuko is a Toronto-based breathwork artist and the newest instructor on Alo Moves. She is 1 of 180 Wim Hof instructors in North America and is the first Japanese-Canadian woman to be certified. Kira was introduced to breathwork from a chance encounter while she was traveling in Costa Rica. After taking her first hour-long class, she realized the immense therapeutic benefits of the practice.

After integrating breathwork into her daily routine, she felt a profound shift in her mental, physical, and emotional health. For Kira, it’s about taking breathing from an unconscious to a conscious state so you can address any anxious thoughts and bring your mindset to a place of safety and calm. Her goal is to spread the practice to as many people as she can so everyone can understand what it means to be intentional with every inhale and exhale.

Dr. Kate Balestrieri is a licensed psychologist, certified sex therapist, and the founder of Modern Intimacy. She is also host of the Get Naked with Dr. Kate podcast.

Dr. Kate believes that everyone deserves a safe, empowered, and pleasurable relationship with sex. Driven by her desire to smash stigmas about mental health and sexuality, she created Modern Intimacy to provide a safe and inclusive space for people to get access to education about sensitive topics that people live with every day. Her mission is to help people move from a position of pain or discomfort to one of holistic, empowered, and thriving vitality.

Her continued clinical focus is to help people heal from trauma, recover from addictions, improve their relationships, establish healthy boundaries, build effective communication strategies, and improve their sex lives. She places extra emphasis on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations to help people integrate a complete mind and body experience.
