DESCRIPTION

Do a mini shimmy dance because you made it this far! Today is the last day in week 1. To Begin today's challenge, warm up with a 5-10min (You may also include 15 to 20mins of cardio prior to this workout... Your choice)

workout:
45seconds of work, no rest till complete set
3 Rounds
-Step back lunge + knee up (R)
-Wide around the world squat jumps
-Step back lunge + knee up (L)
-3 count side sumo travels
-Front lunge + light kick back (R)
-Wide squat walks
-Front lunge + light kick back (L)
-Deep drop squat jacks
-30 seconds of rest

*Scaling options:
-repeat 4+ times for difficulty
-you may use weights for all appropriate exercises.
-don't sacrifice form for reps
-go at your own pace and listen to your body. Just don't listen when the mind tells you to give up... Never that!

*This routine maybe added to other workouts. Ideally, you may split workout in between cardio sessions. For example, 15mins cardio, Day 4 Challenge, then another 15mins of cardio after routine. It is not required, just an option to throw out there to go that EXTRA mile. Enjoy! :)
