DESCRIPTION
Briohny's Fit Flow Fly series uses elements of strength training from HIIT and calisthenics training (FIT), intentional and continuous flows from power vinyasa (FLOW), and inversion and arm balance skill building (FLY) to create a full-body, balanced workout. In this intermediate class, Yogis will work hard to build strength and flow through a fun and sweaty sequence filled with vinyasas, strong standing postures, core work, arm balances, and inversions.
