DESCRIPTION

Partner AMRAP 10:

8 Burpee Barbell Jump Overs
10 kbs 2/1.5

Partners must finish their respective movements before switching (partner A completes burpees, Partner B completes KBS, then rotates until times up

Rest 3min Then:

From the rack, Establish max 2 Rep Overhead Squat within 15 min for both partners.
Score is total reps +body weight % to OH squat max of each partner
If any athlete drops the bar during the OHS attempt, they may no longer go up in weight. That partner MAY re-attempt the same weight (or go down in weight) for 2 reps, but cannot go up in weight from there.

Example:
Team gets 8 rounds + 6 burpees and 8 kbs.
Athlete A weighs 200lbs and records an OHS 2Rep of 150lbs (75%)
Athlete B weighs 120lbs and records an OHS 2Rep of 150lbs (125%)
Total Team Score:
(8 rounds * 18 reps) = 144 + 75 + 125 = 344
