Description

FitFlow is a monthlong, total-body workout program that will dramatically improve your fitness by blending yoga with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You’ll find 28 unique workouts that incorporate multiple types of movement throughout the month to maximize your training results. Each FitFlow workout blends HIIT intervals with more traditional yoga movements such as Sun Salutations, Warrior II, and Crow. On CoreFit days, you’ll play with both static and dynamic core exercises to ignite your midline. On yoga days, you'll counter the intensity with yoga-inspired exercises to challenge your balance, work your upper and lower body, and apply your yoga skills in a new way. To close out the week, you’ll release tension with a healing restorative stretch. Prepare to challenge yourself in new ways on the mat and see progress in only one month.

FitFlow is really helping me build strength and endurance while establishing a regular practice. At first I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but because the workouts are so short you just push yourself to get through. I can feel myself getting stronger and often do two workouts at a time. I love the variety of movements that build each flow; they are innovative and keep things interesting. I can’t wait to get on my mat and see what the next flow brings.

FitFlow is wonderful because it mixes elements of cardio, interval strength training, and Vinyasa flows into one plan. The workouts are short yet efficient, making it easy to combine 2 or more videos for a longer workout session if desired. This plan is challenging, but not impossible and has helped me increase in strength, endurance, and balance. MacKenzie and Briohny are both super cute, fun and energetic, which make working out with them so fun!

Having never done any yoga before, FitFlow is the perfect way to start. It not only includes basic yoga moves, but also has more advanced positions throughout the course that challenges you to constantly grow. Going through the course for the second time now, I can already see my improvement as I can do more of the poses that I couldn't do during the first month.

Another huge bonus to this course is the time commitment. Each day is around 12 minutes of working out. It may be a shorter workout, but most days will have you sweating pretty hard!

I've been practicing yoga and HIIT separately for a few years now and FitFlow combines both so it has been the perfect addition to my exercise routine. Not only am I now stronger, but my flexibility and stamina have also vastly improved. Why go to the gym when you can have Bri and MacKenzie teach you in your own living room!?

MacKenzie & Bri have created fun, fast-paced 15 minute workouts that are ideal for mornings or as a warm-up workout before a longer session. And because there is so much variety, any given day will work to improve your core strength, plyometric power, or balance with yin yoga stretches. I have loved honing the muscles I forgot were there!
