Jade Smith is a certified strength coach and certified Wim Hof instructor based in Toronto, Canada. She will challenge you to push yourself and break out of your comfort zone, but in a way that is fun and leaves you more confident after each class. She was inspired to become an instructor after she started working at her local gym's front desk. Through her efforts to become certified, she has built a loyal following and aims to inspire and uplift all her students. Her bright personality and fun energy will encourage you through every lift, push, and pull. You’ll leave her classes feeling strong, accomplished, and motivated to keep coming back for more.
Kira Mae Kazuko is a Toronto-based breathwork artist and the newest instructor on Alo Moves. She is 1 of 180 Wim Hof instructors in North America and is the first Japanese-Canadian woman to be certified. Kira was introduced to breathwork from a chance encounter while she was traveling in Costa Rica. After taking her first hour-long class, she realized the immense therapeutic benefits of the practice.
After integrating breathwork into her daily routine, she felt a profound shift in her mental, physical, and emotional health. For Kira, it’s about taking breathing from an unconscious to a conscious state so you can address any anxious thoughts and bring your mindset to a place of safety and calm. Her goal is to spread the practice to as many people as she can so everyone can understand what it means to be intentional with every inhale and exhale.
