She grew up dancing since she was about four years old, focusing on ballet, hip-hop, and contemporary styles, and translated her love of dance into fitness. After more than a decade of experience dancing and choreographing in L.A. and working with A-list stars in music videos, her passion for teaching motivated her to go back to school and receive her certifications. She loves being a part of her clients’ fitness journeys, pushing them to reach their goals while also motivating them to feel their best. When she’s not dancing or teaching Pilates, you can find her spending time with her dog, Pepper.
