Description

Build heat and cultivate strength as you move through continuous flow. Ladder flows are different than your typical Vinyasa classes because of their sequencing — they begin with two postures, steadily adding two new movements per round. At the end of each class, you’ll have memorized a complete flow and received a great, full-body workout. This series adds a fun twist to the original Ladder Flows series because the classes longer and they add strength-building holds and poses into each round. As you add new poses to your sequences, you’ll pause in power moves to develop muscular strength and stability. Over time as you practice, you’ll notice that the classes and holds become easier as your body grows stronger.

In this series, you will:
- Build muscular strength and stability through dynamic ladder flows
- Challenge your body in a fun, engaging way with creative sequencing
- Track your progress as poses become easier with consistent practice
