Welcome to Phoenix!

I created this plan to not only keep you active and healthy during your pregnancy, but to also create a united tribe of women who encourage and uplift each other. I encourage you to log your workouts and share your experiences and changes as you embark on this amazing journey! It will also be amazing to look back on these entries later on and revisit what your body was feeling during this special time.

Your goal should be to complete the Flame, Fire, Fly, Core and Feather workouts weekly. If you feel up to it, add in the core video after every workout for added pelvic floor strengthening!
