Fire up your core in a whole new way with the Pilates Magic Circle, or Pilates ring. In this 30-minute class, you’ll use this resistance prop between your ankles, thighs, and hands for a fiery strength-building workout. If you’re experienced in Pilates but have never used a magic circle before, this is a great primer — and if you already swear by it, this ring-heavy practice has you covered. If you don’t have a Pilates ring, you can substitute a block in for some of the exercises.
