Welcome to Pure Flexibility Flows! I’m so happy you’re here.
When you begin these classes, it can help to have yoga blocks, a strap, and even a bolster nearby. They aren’t required, but they can help you make similar shapes to the ones shown in class. You are in no way expected to achieve the poses I make! Simply do your best and remember that consistency and repetition are key!
Building flexibility takes time. I encourage you to use this series at least three times a week. Repeat the classes that you find particularly challenging, because they are showing you areas you can improve. These classes are meant to open you and make you feel good while building mobility and flexibility, so don’t push yourself into poses that your body isn’t ready for yet – let them come in time!
