You'll boost your strength, endurance, and confidence in your running skills by completing three weekly guided audio runs led by your run coach Ceren Kalyon. The duration will increase by five minutes each week, so you’ll start with 10-minute runs and finish strong with 30-minute runs. Your distance and speed is not the focus; it’s all about committing to the full run and giving it your best. Experience the joy of running — and enjoy the view — as you find your stride.

Ceren is a run coach certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified yoga teacher. Growing up with a background in endurance sports as a competitive soccer player, Ceren became fascinated with the science behind running and how it benefits the mind and body. She started teaching fitness in 2017 and became hooked on the energy and excitement each of her clients brought to class. You can expect her workouts to be upbeat and motivating while you challenge your limits with her running program. With four half marathons under her belt, she's hoping to complete even more in the future.
