Description

Feel good in your body and explore your practice in this month-long yoga challenge. You’ll gain a better understanding of your unique body through movement with a balance of challenging poses, breath, and restorative work. Enjoy flow-based sequences to create space, connect with your body, and integrate soothing recovery work into your routine. In these six repeating classes, you’ll find three dynamic flows that will play with your balance, free your spine, and tap into your breath, along with two restorative classes to help you unwind. The final class is a guided three-part breathing practice you can take whenever you need a nervous system reset.

In this series, you will:

- Feel good in your body with a guided month of practice
- Explore flowing movement in a safe, comfortable space
- Build up your power, flexibility, and balance

instructor Instructor profile

A Seattle-based yoga teacher, Carling is known for her lighthearted attention to detail and commitment to the growth of her students. Connecting individuals to the practice through intelligent and informed sequencing, compassionate, intentional adjustments, and relevant alignment instruction.

Carling’s teaching is designed to give students the tools and techniques to access their own unique body’s needs, create new connections and continue to find the center of themselves each time they step on their mats. As a balance to her regular classes, Carling is trained as a Doula and also specializes in prenatal yoga. She has been featured in and contributed writing to publications such as Yoga International, Mantra Magazine, and Yoga Digest. When she's not on the mat, you can find her hanging with her partner in crime Patrick, dreaming of Tokyo, singing along at local shows, and shopping for retro sneakers.

In 2019, she and Patrick Beach opened Commune Yoga studio in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.
