DESCRIPTION

This 60-minute Vinyasa class will lengthen, strengthen and energize your spine. We'll work through backbends, strong side-body exercises, deep twist and forward folds. Our energy will be focused on awakening and creating space in the spine, but you will still be given opportunities for handstands and arm balances. Modifications and alternatives are also given to make this class accessible for all levels.
