Her consistent practice is rooted in a desire to gain more knowledge and insight about herself, and she left her full-time job in 2016 to completely dedicate herself to yoga and becoming an instructor.

As a teacher, she believes that your mat is a place for continual growth and that you should challenge yourself in both small and big ways. She loves energizing flows, but also works to create a safe space with students of all skill levels so everyone can come away with a deeper appreciation of themselves. When she’s not doing yoga, Bentley is probably getting coffee or spending time with her adorable dog Leo.
