DESCRIPTION

Almost no standing needed. Grab sets of 5, 8, and 10 lb. weights, a pair of socks or sliders, and a ball to begin. In this challenging barre class flow, you’ll stay on your mat the whole time (except for one standing position) as you move through a series of full-body and side-lying sequences that will strengthen and sculpt every inch. Spend the last few minutes cooling down with some mobility stretches to seal in your practice.
