instructor Instructor profile

Caitlin Turner is a jet-setting yoga teacher who travels around the globe and inspires others with her yoga practice. As a former dancer and elite-level rhythmic gymnast, she grew up with advanced flexibility and a competitive spirit. After she stopped competing, she struggled to find an activity that served as the perfect energetic outlet until she took her first yoga class in 2007. She was immediately hooked on the challenge of combining strength, flexibility, and balance to form a holistic, mindful experience.

In 2010, she received her 200-hour yoga teaching certification and has since led empowering vinyasa workshops, retreats, and classes all over the world. She was also the host of “Yoga Bliss,” a TV show on The Indonesia Channel. Caitlin uses her platform to inspire, engage, and inform people about the emotional and physical benefits of a daily yoga practice.
