Club meets cardio with this new DanceBody series by Katia Pryce. You’ll combine cardio and sculpt moves in this full-body (and beginner-friendly!) dance workout for an effective endorphin release. This series starts with five targeted classes to give you a solid foundation, then leads into nine workouts grouped by energy: low-impact, high-impact, and hip-hop hits. The final class in each group combines the choreography from the previous two classes. Katia’s guidance and good vibes will keep you coming back for more as you let go of your stress, bring up your energy, and boost your mood while sweating it out.

Katia grew up in Detroit with a background in dancing, singing, and acting and moved to New York City in 2009 to pursue her Broadway dreams. After discovering the city’s boutique fitness scene, she trained under renowned instructors and then launched her own company, DanceBody, in 2013 to fuse her love of dance and fitness. She began teaching private sessions in New York City before growing a devoted following in Miami, Los Angeles, and the Hamptons. Wanting to expand the DanceBody community, Katia released online classes in 2016 to bring her high-energy workouts to people around the world. The foundation of her program is built on boosting the confidence, fitness levels, and body awareness of her clients through dance. Her classes are fun, effective, and community-oriented to give you a hybrid of sculpt and cardio — and all the endorphins that come with it.
