Description

Welcome to The Sculpt Lineup. This is your new three-week beginner program with sculpt classes, walking meditations, and nutrition tips designed for you to meet your goals and stay motivated each day. You'll start each week by listening to a useful nutrition tip from Dr. Amy Shah that you can incorporate in your daily routine. Then you’ll continue your week with four beginner sculpt classes from Meghan McFerran and two audio-guided mindful walks from Kirat Randhawa to connect body and mind. The sculpt classes slowly progress every week: Ease in with 10 minutes, level up with 15 minutes, and finish strong with 20-minute classes. You’ll be guided by the theme of each week — Just Start, Inner Confidence, and Resilience — so you can reflect what they mean to you during your practice. Join in if you’re newer to sculpt or want an easy-to-follow series. You’ll be set up for success and learn tools you can carry with you on your continual wellness journey.

In this series you will:

- Follow a holistic beginner program that includes sculpt, mindful walks, and helpful nutrition tips to deepen your mind-body connection.
- Build your fitness skills, improve your strength, and increase your endurance over three weeks.
- Feel supported each day by an instructor and find confidence in your abilities.

Meghan McFerran is a professional dancer, fitness trainer, nutrition coach, and entrepreneur based in New York City.

Growing up in upstate New York, Meghan competed in dance competitions and dreamed of professionally dancing in the city. She turned her dreams into a reality after graduating college and went on to dance with Eleone Dance Theatre, Forces of Nature Dance Theater, and XY Dance Projects.

After years of auditions and getting caught in the constant hustle of comparison, she decided to create her own supportive community that would inspire people to move with confidence and stand out in their own unique spotlight. Her signature dance-inspired training method blends sculpt, cardio, and stretch while encouraging others to move in celebration of themselves and their bodies.

Kirat Randhawa is a meditation instructor and an inspired student of Tibetan Buddhism based in New York City. She is currently a student at Columbia University studying the role of contemplative training within the field of psychology and how associated mindfulness practices can be used as instruments for individual and societal transformation.

Having been raised in a spiritual home, meditation was at the center of daily life for Kirat. As her practice grew with her and transformed over the years, she began to translate philosophy into action. She learned to use meditation as a tool to practice self-compassion and extend kindness to herself as well as others.

Through her research at The Contemplative Sciences Center at the University of Virginia to working with underserved communities across the city, she seeks to understand and deconstruct the multilayered conditioning that prohibits human flourishing. Her training at The Tibet House, MNDFL Meditation, and in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction lineage has allowed her to develop a multidimensional approach to support clients on their path toward greater alignment and joy. As a community organizer and explorer, Kirat celebrates leading a life centered around prosocial values and ethical wellbeing through her advocacy for local artisanal products and sustainable craft, plant medicine, sincere dialogue, and social connection.

Dr. Amy Shah is a double board-certified medical doctor and wellness expert specializing in food allergies, hormones, and gut health. She is also a speaker and the best-selling author of two books, including I’m So Effing Hungry: Why We Crave What We Crave — And What To Do About It.

Dr. Shah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University's world-renowned school of nutrition and went on to receive her Medical Doctorate with Distinction. With her training from Cornell, Harvard, and Columbia, she helps busy people transform their health using cutting-edge nutritional and medical science. Her proven techniques help heal inflammation and utilize the power of the microbiome to help digestion, obtain natural hormone balance, and heal food sensitivities. She is also a well-known expert on intermittent fasting for women. Her expertise has been featured in Forbes, ABC News, and Good Morning America and she was voted as "Top Doctor" from 2017-2023.
