Description

Build strength and confidence in your foundational arm balancing skills in this month-long yoga challenge. You’ll start by refining basic poses like Chaturanga and Crow, then progress and focus your efforts on more challenging postures such as Eka Pada II, Lotus, and Kukkutasana.

Each class begins with a warmup to prep your body, then you’ll be guided through each arm balance so you can develop the muscle memory and strength to find the shape over time. Learning arm balances takes practice, patience, and determination, so you’ll repeat classes throughout the month to help you absorb the knowledge and apply it to your practice.
