Description

Embrace your natural self through strong sequences and energizing flows. This month-long yoga challenge will give you the physical and mental freedom to challenge any self-imposed boundaries and welcome yourself with unabashed acceptance.

There are five hour-long progressive flows in this series — four will lead you up to peak poses such as Forearm Balance, Flying Pigeon, and Eight Angle, and the fifth is a restorative class that will detoxify your body and mind through static holds, stretches, and breathwork.

These classes repeat over four weeks to allow you to truly be a witness to your internal and external reactions. You will observe and feel the opening, strengthening and ease that develop as you reconnect with your innate self. Prepare to see growth in your practice and in your daily life.

In this series, you will:

- Challenge your yoga practice over 30 days
- Improve your confidence on and off the mat
- Accept your strengths, imperfections, and inner nature

Meghan’s yoga style is a unexpected blend of strong and playful. Her flows embody curiosity, complexity, and whimsy to inject lighthearted deliciousness into sequences that are often times quite physically challenging.

Like any recipe, she believes there must be just the right amount of all the ingredients to produce the most epic flavor. When she teaches, she mixes herself with all other unpredictable and delicious ingredients to co-create with the universe and be a part of something grand.

Meghan regularly tours around the globe teaching yoga workshops, retreats and festivals. She believes that every student is also everyone's teacher.

Meghan's Wild & Free program has taught me how to move in slow motion and to train muscles I didn't know I had until the next day when I'm sore in a new spot. Her teaching cues are unique and really make you focus on your movements throughout the entire practice. She is really helping me learn to trust lifting myself up and teaching me that it's okay to fall, and that it's okay to be where I'm at as long as I'm getting on my mat.

Meghan's instruction and guidance melt through every layer of my body! I've never felt so much integration, strength, and relaxation -all equally at the same time- as I do with these classes. I have a history of being horribly inconsistent in practice, but Wild & Free is insightful and challenging enough that it has melded into my daily routine. I can't believe the changes after only 3 weeks of classes... I can see repeating this program forever and always tuning into something new!

I've been practicing with Meghan’s Cody plans for several months, and I just LOVE her energy and teachings. What I like most is her ability to keep it real, quirky, fun, and oh-so deep. Her alignment cues are very precise and effective, and her slow-flow style makes it easy to stay connected to the breath. I always feel awesome during and after the practices! The core work keeps building upon itself in her sessions, and now I'm finding a huge difference in my inversion and arm balance practice. Her Wild & Free program came at a GREAT time for me for Pincha Mayurasana specifically. I keep coming back to it over and over again, and I'm already seeing blockages being removed. I'm a teacher, and I find I'm able to pass a lot of this on to my students in my studio classes.

Meghan has such a beautiful way of guiding you while making you feel relaxed and right where you're supposed to be. Her Wild & Free classes were not only challenging, but led me to be calm and open up to do things I thought were going to take much longer to achieve. I tell anyone who is willing to listen about her Cody classes. I look forward to continuing my journey with more of Meghan's classes in the future.

Another absolutely amazing plan by Meghan that has found a place in my heart! The flows help me to build the strength, flexibility and balance needed not only for the great poses in the series, but also for many other aspects in my daily practice. I really love how the requirements are slowly developed first before they’re all put together to make the pose happen or even if you're not ready this time. It made me realize even more that yoga is all about the journey and not just the pose itself!
