Description

Yin for the Hips is designed to induce and develop a range of motion in the lower pelvis and hips by spending 3-5 minutes in various postures that deeply work ligaments and fascia. The goal of this class is to stray from a focus on the muscles, which can be easier to target, and move towards thinking about the bones which are often neglected. The practice itself will be quiet and still, with plenty of room for modifications and props.
