Nicole teaches yoga in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and is the adventurous spirit behind Fit for Life, the popular fitness column in The Seattle Times. Yoga was the first place where Nicole, a former newspaper reporter, found a consistent connection to ease and freedom physically, mentally and spiritually. Her yoga practice is deeply influenced by her training with Baron Baptiste. She teaches strong, clear and fun power Vinyasa flow.

Nicole shares her love of movement and the outdoors in her books, “Yoga for Hikers” and “Yoga for Climbers,” published by Mountaineers Books in 2016. An experienced mentor and trainer for new yoga teachers, Nicole also is an igolu certified leader, leading vision and goal-setting work in her community.
