Caley Alyssa is an internationally beloved health and wellness maven with a passion for helping everyone she encounters — both in her classes and off the mat — manifest their dreams. In her life, yoga was the game-changer that helped her articulate and actualize her own and it is through her yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and online content that she aims to help others find health and happiness.

From an early age, Caley was deeply invested in physical fitness — from ballet to skiing to hiking and everything in between. This love of movement translates to a practice and teaching style that is both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding. Over the years, her practice has become much more than just physical, taking on a more spiritual and esoteric role with meditation and other distinctly inward-focused practices at the very center.

Caley's knowledge of and expertise in all things health and wellness is evidenced by her extensive training. She has completed multiple teacher trainings, including two 200-hour teacher trainings, a 500-hour teacher training with Dharma Mittra, children's yoga teacher training, and more. She is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.

Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Hiro Landazuri is a yoga teacher and photographer with a background in medicine. He first connected with yoga almost 20 years ago to help with running-related injuries. The challenging aspects of the practice and the stress relief that came with it immediately drew him in.

While working on his biochemistry degree and conducting research as an undergrad, Hiro decided to take a break from academia. With years of yoga practice under his belt, he began teaching classes in 2007. He went back to college to finish his degree after a series of life changes and entered a rigorous graduate medical program that focused on heart transplant surgery. He left the field after realizing it wasn’t the right path for him and dove right back into teaching yoga.

Hiro has since gained a following for his detailed pose breakdowns and anatomy-focused approach to teaching, which come through in detailed alignment cues that are tailored to students' different bodies. He believes yoga sparks self-empowerment and aims to help students learn who they are and love who they are on and off the mat.

Koya Webb is an internationally recognized health and wellness coach passionate about inspiring people to reach their goals through fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Koya is a highly regarded source and contributor to the health and wellness community appearing on NBC and CBS as well as being featured in magazines such as Essence, Oxygen and Max Sport and Fitness. Her transformational seminars, retreats and workshops have inspired many to live more holistic and fulfilling lives.

DeAndre Sinette is a yoga and meditation instructor with over 3500 hours of teaching experience.

Born and raised in Texas, Deandre started out as a fitness lover and regular gym-goer with perpetually tight muscles. He heard how great yoga was for the mind and body, so he dove right into the practice. As someone who faced emotional and mental abuse growing up, he ended up finding healing through yoga and turned his pain into purpose. He began teaching yoga in 2015 and made it his life’s mission to bring people out of darkness and help them find healing through movement.

In addition to being a trauma-informed teacher with an E-RYT 200 designation, he is trained in yoga nidra and is studying for an advanced certification in mindful meditation. He considers himself a lifelong student and believes that regular practice is key to finding true alignment in life.
