Description

Bodyweight exercises do not require the use of free weights. Because of this, bodyweight exercises are ideal for those who do not have access to a gym or gym equipment. Don't worry though, strength will still be gained in this program without the use of free weights.

This is a 5 day program that will run for 4 weeks and is designed for any fitness level. You will not need any exercise equipment, however if you would like to incorporate the use of hand weights then you may do so.
