Having busy days and not a lot of time to invest into exercising led me to come up with quick full body workouts that I could do with no or little equipment. The key for me was to have a good combination of different exercises with some sort of cardio in between.

In this training plan I am doing short workouts with you that you can choose to do either at the end of your daily routine or as a full body workout on its own by increasing the sets of the routines you see in the video. These exercises will keep your heart rate up and target different areas of your body.
