Plyometrics- most of us have a love hate relationship with them. I myself have come to love them, not only have they helped me transform my body but they allow me to get my heart rate up quick and cut out the typical cardio we all sometimes hate to do on a treadmill, bike or elliptical.

Plyometrics can help shape and tone your body, but also help increase power, strength, agility, balance, core stability, and endurance!

These routines are great to incorporate within your training programs or as simple add ons for a couple minutes of heart racing body toning activities. Many of my plans utilize gym equipment that is commonly under used. I offer two options for most routines on how to incorporate them and advanced routines for some!

So lets get to it! Give some of these plyometric routines a shot and push yourself to the limit! Go hard and have fun with them!!
