Description

Smolov jr. is a three week program that is a short version of the Russian squat routine known as Smolov. Smolov jr. can be used on other lifts besides the squat, such as the bench press. This program will help you make increases your overall strength, measured by an increase in your 1RM(one rep max) of that lift.

This three week program has you working out 4 times a week, with different sets & reps each day. Each week you will increase the amount of weight you are working with. By the end you will have hopefully added 15-25 pounds onto your starting lift weight.
