Dr. Angela Holliday-Bell is a board-certified physician, certified sleep specialist, speaker, and founder of The Solution Is Sleep LLC. She is also the author of Sleeping On the Job: Proven Strategies To Optimize Your Workplace Performance And Personal Well Being Through Better Sleep.

Dr. Holliday-Bell received her bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, her master's degree in biotechnology from Rush University, and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also has a certification in clinical sleep health from the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.

As someone who previously suffered from insomnia during her medical training and saw firsthand how it affects both physical and mental health, Dr. Holliday-Bell began researching sleep and applying what she learned to eliminate her own sleep troubles. Now through her book, website, and social platform, she is dedicated to sharing what she's learned about the transformative power of quality sleep and how it leads to a happier, healthier, and more productive life.
