Each of the five Edge Training workouts is structured with a highly-effective pyramid rep system to give you the best and most challenging workout in the least amount of time. You will conclude each week with two yoga-inspired classes that will help your muscles recover, mind recenter and restore your energy, leaving you ready to take on the next week!

I created this plan to inspire women to be their strongest and most powerful selves. Push-ups and pistol squats aren’t just for the boys!
